Voices in the Gallery | Power/Pleasure/Play (& Prouvost)

17 May 2019

Free | 2-4.30pm

This workshop invites you to explore how language makes itself heard in art today. Through screenings of work by Laure Prouvost, listening experiments, short talks and mediated discussion, we will think together about the voice as it relates to power, pleasure and play.
During the event we will be screening three films by Laure Prouvost:
DIT Learn (2017) // 15 minutes, 44 seconds
Swallow (2013) // 12 minutes
The Artist (2010) // 10 minutes, 10 seconds
